[phpBB] Updating phpbb3

This list used to receive the changes when a new svn revision was
uploaded, is there anything we can do to make this functionality work ?

Oups, glad I didn't make too much changes ;). I have not replied yet to
the RFA [0] (I am still reading the New Maintainers' Guide and other
related stuff), but if that's ok with you, I'd be happy to be part of a
phpbb3 team.

Great, you made a lot of changes ! I guess it will soon be easier to see
what is left to correct (I just tagged the bugs you have worked on and
are working on in order to help triaging them).

Ok so I'll take care of #502563 (language packs) and the swirl.

Since Oracle acquired MySQL, I suppose it may be a bad idea to rely only
on MySQL in the future, so thanks for taking care of phpbb with others
databases ! ;)
